Step 1 - Kit Selection
Select one of our pre-filled kits or build your own through our shopping cart feature. If you are ordering multiple kits for the same event, please inquire for a discounted price.

Step 2 - Shipping Method
You may provide us with your own shipping information or we can add in the cost to your order. 
To ensure we process your order efficiently and the most cost effective way for shipping, please indicate the start date of your event. We strive to have your shipment there at least 2 days prior to ensure an on time arrival.

Step 3 - Billing
Select your billing method. We can either invoice you or we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.Service charges may apply.

Step 4 - Processing
As soon as you confirm and process your order online,  we begin work on your custom event trip kit. Each kit will be stocked with all the items requested. Prior to shipping out, we will re-check to confirm your order or any last minute additions that you may want. Tracking information will be provided and you will be emailed once the kit is shipped out.

Step 5 - Receipt of Kit
Once you receive your kit, please confirm all of your order. Should you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to add to your order, please contact us immediately so that we may provide you with the best possible customer service.

Step 6 - Returning Kit
At the conclusion of your event, just place the return label that will be provided on the box and have the box picked up by the venue for outbound shipping.

Step 7 - Kit Confirmation
Once we receive your kit back, our team will immediately inventory and confirm receipt. 

Create your own kit - 
Should you wish to build your own kit and repeat the order, we will be more than happy to reserve a box just for you and replenish and ship it out for future events. No need to go through the re-order process, just send us an email with your event information and we will process your kit for your event.
